Job Description:

Program Leads are the face of We Roam's experience abroad. You will be the main point of contact for our Roamers - handling everything from travel and accommodation logistics to running successful professional and social events. We are looking to make this a hybrid sales role, so you will also be responsible for interviewing new potential candidates and moving them through the full cycle of our admissions process (from scheduling an initial interview to having the contract signed/paid).

You will be traveling internationally with the group for the duration of the trip (12-months) and will help foster a strong sense of community and development throughout. There are 2 program leads assigned to each trip.

The perfect candidate is someone that is extremely organized, can work through ambiguity and quickly changing roles/rules/processes, has a hustle mentality, can think proactively, is a problem solver and wants to grow with a quickly growing company. Startup or small team experience is a huge plus. We are a very small team, so the above characteristics will show almost immediately, or lack-there-of.

Timeline: The 12-month trip will start this March 2018 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. 4.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Assist in coordinating trip logistics - Assign accommodation to individual roamers, coordinate arrivals/check-ins, and be the liaison between the Roamer and accommodation management when necessary - Interact and coordinate logistics with workspaces in each city to guarantee that Roamers have excellent 24/7 workspaces - Coordinate and manage travel arrangements between destinations. This includes, but is not limited to, arranging meeting points, transfers to and from the airports, and corresponding with our designated airfare partner in regards to travel logistics and ensuring Roamers get from Point A to B in a safe and efficient manner

2. Organize and execute local events - Professional events that promote our brand of the premier, career-oriented travel-while-working program - Social events and excursions that help build the community aspect of our trips - Community service projects that give back to the local community and leave a lasting impact after Roamer departure - Design new events and coordinate with local contacts to ensure a smooth process for Roamers

3. Support the group - Be available 24/7 for emergencies (medical, legal, etc.) - Work alongside the other program lead and be available to problem solve and support Roamers and other staff members throughout the trip

4. Sales/Admissions - You will be responsible for a sales pipeline of potential new clients. This requires full understanding of our company, the product, and key market differentiators, as well as being charismatic about the industry as a whole. You are the first "face-to-face" contact that a potential new client will have, so a professional and charismatic personality is crucial.

Our ideal candidate has 1-2 years of sales experience.
